0.95 inch oled display module description

0.95 inch oled has two types that monochrome graphic and color graphic. MLD095-9664A is the 0.95 inch monochrome graphic oled display module which is made with 96x64 pixels. This mono 96x64 graphic oled screen sizes is 0.95 inch in diagonal. This 0.95 inch oled display is passive matrix micro OLED display. The controller IC is SSD1305, 0.95’’ oled screen supports Parallel,4-wire SPI,I2C interface, 3.3V power supply. MLD095-9664D is the color 0.95 inch graphic oled display, it is with 96RGBx64 resolution. The 0.95’’ color oled is SSD1331 controller IC, Parallel/SPI interface. The 0.95 oled is a COG structure OLED panel, oled could be emitting light by itself, no need for backlight, So the power required to run the OLED is low, and is why the display has such high contrast, extremely wide viewing angle and operating temperature. OLED 0.95’’ MLD095-9664A and MLD095-9664D module can be operating at temperatures from -40℃ to +80℃, storage temperatures is from -40℃ to +85℃. The oled 0.95 96x64 dots is often used for smart watch, MP3, function cellphone, portable health device and many others application.
