5.5 inch monochrome graphic oled display module description

MLD550-25664 is the 5.5 inch monochrome graphic oled display module which is made with 256x64 pixels. This mono 256x64 graphic oled screen sizes is 5.5 inch in diagonal. This oled 3.12’’ display is passive matrix micro OLED display. The controller IC is SSD1322, 3.12’’ oled 256x64 screen supports Parallel, SPI interface, 2.8V power supply. The 5.5 oled is a COF structure OLED panel, oled could be emitting light by itself, no need for backlight, So the power required to run the OLED is low, and is why the display has such high contrast, extremely wide viewing angle and operating temperature. Small oled 5.5 256x 64 resolution MLD550-25664 panel module can be operating at temperatures from -40℃ to +80℃, storage temperatures is from -40℃ to +85℃.
