1.5 inch graphic oled display module description

1.5 inch oled has two types that monochrome graphic and color graphic oled display. MLD150-128128 is the 1.5 inch square monochrome graphic oled display module which is made with 128x128 pixels. This mono 128x128 graphic oled screen sizes is 1.5 inch in diagonal. This 1.5 inch oled display is passive matrix micro OLED display. The controller IC is SSD1327Z, 1.5’’ oled screen supports Parallel, SPI, I2C interface. And another 1.5 inch mono graphic oled MLD154-12864 display, it is with 128x64 resolution, SSD1309 IC, Parallel/SPI/I2C interface. MLD150-128128C is the full color 1.5 inch graphic oled display, it is with 128RGBx128 dots. The 1.5’’ color oled is SSD1352 controller IC, Parallel/SPI interface. The1.5 oled is a COG structure OLED panel, oled could be emitting light by itself, no need for backlight, So the power required to run the OLED is low, and is why the display has such high contrast, extremely wide viewing angle and operating temperature. OLED 1.5’’ MLD150-128128, MLD154-12864 and MLD150-128128C module can be operating at temperatures from -40℃ to +80℃, storage temperatures is from -40℃ to +85℃. The oled 1.5 128x128 dots is often used for smart watch, MP3, function cellphone, portable health device and many others application.
