Our Partnering Model
Instead of owning production lines, Maclight partners with specialized LCD, TFT and OLED manufacturers and manages the entire supply chain for our customers: partner selection and audit, engineering review, quality control, compliance and delivery. This model gives you the production capability of large certified factories combined with independent quality assurance and a single point of contact.
How We Select Manufacturing Partners
- ISO9001 certification — every partner factory must hold a valid ISO9001 quality management certificate; automotive lines additionally run IATF16949 systems
- Process capability — audited for the specific process needed: COG / COB / TAB bonding, backlight assembly, optical lamination, touch panel production
- On-site audit — regular audits of production lines, clean room conditions, test equipment and incoming material control
- Continuous evaluation — monthly quality data, on-time delivery rate and customer feedback are reviewed; underperformers are corrected or replaced
What We Manage for You
- Quality control — Control Plans and FMEA built into every process position, from incoming material to final outgoing inspection
- Compliance — RoHS and REACH compliance documentation, ISO9001 certificates and test reports available on request
- Supply continuity — panels and raw materials selected for 3–5 years of supply; at least 2 supply solutions per display
- Delivery management — production scheduling, inspection and international logistics coordination
