1.3 inch monochrome graphic oled display module description

MLD130-12864 is the 1.3 inch monochrome graphic oled display module which is made with 128x64 pixels. This mono 128x64 graphic oled screen sizes is 1.3 inch in diagonal. This oled 1.3’’ display is passive matrix micro OLED display. The controller IC is SSD1306/SH1106, price for SSD1306 oled panel would be little higher than SH1106 oled panel. 1.3’’ oled 128x64 screen supports Parallel, SPI, I2C interface, 2.8V power supply. The 1.3 oled is a COG structure OLED panel, oled could be emitting light by itself, no need for backlight, So the power required to run the OLED is low, and is why the display has such high contrast, extremely wide viewing angle and operating temperature. Small oled 1.3 128x 64 resolution MLD130-12864 panel module can be operating at temperatures from -40℃ to +80℃, storage temperatures is from -40℃ to +85℃. The 1.3 128x64 oled dots is often used for smart watch, MP3, function cellphone, portable health device and many others application.
