1.3 inch small tft display module with capacitive touch screen:
It is color tft lcd with square shape, 240RGBx240 resolution. it is composed by TFT-LCD panel, driver IC, FPC, backlight and CTP touch panel.
The 1.3" square lcd is IPS lcd, it is free viewing angle, built in with ST7789v IC driver, it support SPI/RGB/MCU interface. the CTP is I2C interface
This tft 1.3’’ tft lcd display support operating temperature -20~+70 degree, storage temperature is from -30~+80 degree.
It is often used in wearable devices, smart watch, smart earphone devices which requires display in high quality and colorful image.
