This 1.54 inch square lcd screen is IPS display panel ,which is made with 320RGBx320
resolution. the square tft panel is 1.54" in diagonal, packed with RGB pixels.
The
1.54’’ square lcd display MLT015Q14-9 is composed of a TFT-LCD panel, driver IC,
FPC, a backlight unit.
Because it is IPS tft lcd display panel, it is with full viewing angel. built in
with ST7796 controller IC, it support MIPI interface.
The
1.54’’ square lcd screen is widely used for smart watch, MP4, wearable
display etc that need squre lcd panel.
